Ben St Lawrence is Australian record holder over 10,000m, represented Australia at last year's Commonwealth Games in Delhi and won last year's City 2 Surf here in Sydney. He is coming to Quay Fitness next week to share his story and, to lead us all out in a run. This is a great opportunity to get some tips and motivation from a leading international athlete.

It has come to our attention that one of our members has a sweet tooth. The Person in question has a very special desert recipe that we wish to share with you. Not sure if the Quay Fitness Trainers, Sydney's best personal trainers, will be prescribing this one anytime soon.
What you need;
A large bowl
Ingredients;
Oreo's
Cream Cheese (full fat)
Icing sugar
Method;
Place the cream cheese and icing sugar in the bowl, mix well. Open the Oreo packet and take one biscuit out. Use this biscuit to "scoop" the mixture from the bowl and consume. Continue this process...
Yes, it's that time of the year again. Now is the perfect time to begin your preparations for the 2011 City 2 Surf. Whether you are an accomplished runner or a first timer, the City 2 Surf is as much a social event as a competitive run.
We will be organising a Quay Fitness team again this year which all Quay Fitness members and their guests are welcome to join. We'll keep you posted.
