I would like to take a second to introduce the latest addition to our training team.
Sarah McLachlan is a Physiotherapist by trade who has made the move across into Personal Training. Her knowledge of the human body, Pilates and her sporting background has given her the skills to train you safely and effectively.
As many of you have found out, she’s no push over. Sessions with Sarah have been described as “Working muscles I never knew I had” and “It was terrible” – which in the Personal Training world is a great compliment.
Sarah is here Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays so please say hi.
