Personalised Training

Personalised Training  provides you with ongoing support, motivation and the flexibility to choose the type of training that is in congruence with your health and fitness goals.

Quay Fitness trainers will be on hand to:

  • guide you through your own weights or cardio program.
  • take you through ever changing workouts set on our whiteboards.
  • create a group training session by gathering all members in attendance to participate in group fitness classes such as boxing, circuit, Swiss ball, etc.

We provide this service during Personalised Training Zones (PTZ) details of which are shown on the class timetable. The key classes such as Running, ABC and Balance are offered in addition to the PTZ’s.

Personalised Training works because:

  • You are held accountable to a trainer who will monitor your training and make sure you are on target towards your fitness goals.
  • Your training can be tailored specifically to your goals.
  • Workouts will often include other members in a circuit style session, providing you with extra motivation and accountability.
