Professional Skills: Reagan has competed in a range of high grade competitive sports and has combined his experience to create functional programs for elite athletes as well as for those just looking to get fit. Specialising in squat and heavy lift technique and correction and combining athletics, gymnastics and Olympic lifting movements Reagan creates functional people with broad capability, that is strength and power without a loss of cardiovascular or muscular endurance.

OMAR SAADI

Personal Trainer

DUNCAN HUNTER

Nutritionist & Dietitian

Dietitian Duncan completed his Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Sydney. Prior to this Duncan completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Natural Therapies) in 2003 and a Certificate IV in Fitness/Personal Training.

He is a member of the Dietetic Association of Australia and a Registered Fitness Professional with Fitness Australia. Duncan has worked as a Personal Trainer, Clinical Dietitian at Royal North Shore Hospital and as a Consultant Dietitian in his own business. Duncan maintains an active role in nutrition research with the University of Sydney into micro-nutrients and organic food. Duncan has a passion for helping people achieve a balance between healthy eating and a busy life.

He was inspired by his own adventures as an accomplished athlete and rock climber. Furthermore, Duncan has worked as a Dietitian, Nutritionist and Personal Trainer for the past seven years sharing with people the science behind nutrition, the skills and tools to apply it to

 

 

Ben Wong

Principal Physiotherapist -  BSc. BApp Sc.(Physio) MAPA

Principal Physiotherapist Ben Wong graduated from the highly regarded University of Sydney School of Physiotherapy. Ben began his working career in private practice and was mentored by some of Sydney’s most experienced APA Sports Titled Physiotherapists in Miranda and Bondi before establishing Quay Fitness Physiotherapy.

Ben’s professional interests have led him to treat a broad range of clients from children through to on-field experience with various sporting teams, office and manual workers and the aged community.

Ben employs an evidence based treatment approach which relies on patient participation and a “hands-on” manual approach to ensure a quick return to health and minimal recurrence of injury. Ben uses video gait analysis and dry needling or western acupuncture to speed his patients’  recovery.

Ben’s interests include mountain biking, surfing, yoga, music, film and staying up to date in his profession.
