Put two hours of Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Functional Movements, Heavy Breathing and a room full of enthusiastic Americans shouting encouragement and plenty of high fives together and you get Body Art.
Developed in Switzerland, just like Swiss Balls and Cuckoo Clocks, there's a certain quality and precision of the movement which only comes from years of fine tuning. Every movement seems to have an element of back flexion and extension, to the point where the day after you can feel every single muscle in the entire back side of your body.

I am sure that none of the great Personal Trainers at Quay Fitness would dare recommend this to their clients.
This isn't something that can be found at the local IGA at Circular Quay.

Just completed a class run by my firms Louis Coraggio. Excellent new concept very similar to PTZ!
Small studio space with treadmills all down one side. On the other side are step up's and DB's. Half the class starts on the treadmill doing various speed runs, Side and backwards running! The other Half does weights and then they swap.

Busy few days getting settled, setting up some meetings with gyms and getting over the full on jet lag.

As many of you have found out, she's no push over. Sessions with Sarah have been described as "Working muscles I never knew I had" and "It was terrible" - which in the Personal Training world is a great compliment.
Sarah is here Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays so please...
